Cancellations and Refunds

At times, I may have to amend a class or schedule but will let you know as soon as I do! Should a class need to be cancelled due to insufficient enrollments (4 students minimum per class,) any student enrolled in that class will be contacted and an alternative class, credit or refund arranged.

We cannot provide refunds for cancellations, withdrawals or missed workshops/classes. Having said that, I know life can bring about unexpected circumstances! Contact me to discuss alternatives, for example, you will be granted a full credit on presentation of a valid doctor's certificate and if you are unable to come to a workshop, you can invite a friend to take your place.

   

Photography Consent

We do take photographs during our classes and workshops and share content on our website and social media. If you do not wish to have your photograph taken and shared on our social media platforms and/or website please let us know before the workshop begins.

 

Note to Teachers/Tutors/Art Schools

All workshops/classes, lesson plans and designs used in my classes/workshops remain the property of the artist/ teacher Vivianne Hazenveld. I have spent years learning and perfecting my skills, and am more than happy to share them on the basis that these will be used for personal, non commercial purposes only. A condition of enrollment is that you do not copy my work, use my lessons plans/ideas and make a profit from it. Should you wish to do so, please enquire about alternate packages for teachers. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce or use any element of a class/workshop in part or in full including photographs/videos taken.

Gift vouchers expire 12 months from the time of purchase and are not redeemable for cash.
